Avolus Cars was founded in Vancouver by a small team of enthusiasts who were tired of renting cars that arrived dirty, late, or counter-bound at an airport across town. We started with a single BMW M440i and a simple idea: deliver an exceptional vehicle to the customer's door, on time, every time, and treat every booking like the keys are going to a friend.
That idea still runs everything we do. There is no counter, no shuttle bus, and no queue. Your car arrives at your home, hotel, or YVR arrivals detailed and fueled, and every delivery and collection is filmed on a full video walkaround, so you are never charged for damage you did not cause. The car in the photos is the car at your door.
Today our fleet spans Range Rover, Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, and Cadillac, from executive sedans and full-size SUVs to performance and exotic cars. For luxury car rental in Vancouver, we serve Metro Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Coquitlam, Langley, Abbotsford, and Whistler, with complimentary delivery to YVR airport and most downtown hotels.
We keep the numbers as straightforward as the handover. Every rate, the refundable deposit, and the damage waiver are published in Canadian dollars before you book, and when you call or message, you reach the same small team that owns, maintains, and delivers the cars, not a call centre.
Whether it's a wedding in Stanley Park, a Whistler weekend, an airport pickup, or a weekend cruise through the city, we show up clean, fueled, and on time, with the keys handed over at your door.
How does renting with Avolus work?
- Delivery arranged around your trip. Free within Vancouver and to YVR. Other Greater Vancouver locations, the Fraser Valley and Whistler are by arrangement, with a quote before booking. Agree collection details at the same time.
- Published rates. Vehicle rates, duration tiers, kilometre allowances and extra-kilometre charges are on the rates page. All rates are Canadian dollars (CAD), before taxes and mandatory $60/day LDW.
- One refundable deposit. Every vehicle requires a separate $2,000 credit-card hold, released after return and inspection.
- Included third-party liability. Every rental includes $5,000,000 third-party liability. Mandatory LDW has its own conditions and deductible; review the rental agreement.
- Clear eligibility. Drivers must be 25 or older with a full unrestricted licence and a credit card in the renter's name.
- Current winter information. Only the Cadillac Escalade currently has winter tires. Ask about equipment and trip suitability before booking a winter route.

We use booking details to arrange rentals, verify eligibility and meet legal and insurance obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why it is used and when information may be shared with necessary service providers.
